Molly Otto

 General Manager/Partner

Molly also began her love for dining and hospitality in her early years and approaches the industry with a fresh and joyous perspective.  She most recently contributed to the opening of Nico Osteria in Chicago Gold Coast and met Matthew when they worked together at Capital Grill.  With over 40 years of experience between the two of them, both Matthew and Molly work hard to create a culture among employees that emphasizes the value of staying true to family and friends.

Matt Plaisier

Executive Chef/ Partner

Matthew was born in Bloomington, IN and his love for cooking began at a very young age. His early culinary education started with humble beginnings in his mother’s kitchen where she instilled in him the joy of bringing people together through family recipes and comfort foods, and this sentiment continues to pervade and shape his personal cuisine.  He went on to study at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and has graced the menus of many restaurants in Chicago.  His journey led him back to Bloomington where he intends to bring his roots and experience together with a culinary style that he describes as both sophisticated and understated.
